Jr. was designed to cultivate a new breed of business owners the world has never seen before. One will learn going through the courses, that most acts of commerce are financial acts of war. By educating our students about the warfare of business in today's society, at an early age, we develop unwavering leaders equipped with the intellect and tenacity needed to be successful on the tricky battle field of business. Individuals will learn how to establish key business positioning and the tools to defend and sustain their economic territory.

The mission behind the BOSS Jr. program is to groom our students in a way where doing business becomes second nature. Our pragmatic approach not only educates on entrepreneurship but it employs unique and systematic strategies that that build longevity to accomplish our students ultimate financial objectives. We aim for our students to apply what they've learned towards their own business while aiding each participant with a real financial base of assets to launch their desired entrepreneurship goals.
